Finishing other peoples crap

I hate having to finish something some one else started. Not a fight or somthing like that, because then there would be no problem. I mean when some one starts something they know there not going to finish just because they can pawn it off on you. If thats the case let me start it and finish it. Maybe it's just me, but that just seems like the smart thing to do.........
